HUMAN DESIGN

If you are ready to unlock your inner knowing and let go of old, destructive patterns, you are in the right place. Human Design is a spiritual tool that will help you understand how you exert your energy, make decisions, and operate in the world around you. Create your chart and then schedule a private single or double-participant reading to unpack the information and use it to create clarity, confidence, and purpose in your life. THERAPEUTIC SOUND

Each sound session is crafted uniquely for you. Using an intuitive blend of tuning forks, singing bowls, and other vibrational instruments, we’ll create a healing field tailored to your body and intention. Whether you're navigating migraines, anxiety, or sleep disruptions—or simply seeking deeper rest—this session meets you exactly where you are.

Before we begin, you’ll be invited to share your focus or intention for the session. I’ll also ask a few health-related questions to ensure your comfort and safety. These include any history of brain injury, cardiac conditions, metal implants, or arthritis.

Single Participant

Duration: 60 minutes | $163

BREATHWORK

This is your time to exhale. In our trauma-informed pause breathwork sessions, you’ll be gently guided to release what no longer serves and reconnect with the intelligence of your breath. The goal of private breathwork is to transform disruptive energy into harmonious energy and assist the body in letting go of the physical and emotional stresses that it has accumulated over its lifetime and to alleviate physical, mental, and emotional distress.

These sessions are great if you are experiencing pain or inflammation, migraines, depression, insomnia, PTSD, phobias, childhood or adult trauma, chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, worry, and much more.

Single Participant
