Meet Valarie Budayr

Sound Healer, Breathwork Facilitator, Human Design Specialist, Community Maker

Valarie Budayr is a Board Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Transformational Human Design Coach, and Mindfulness Teacher. She is also an oral song and tradition keeper for the island of Gotland, Sweden, and North Karelia, Finland, weaving ancient wisdom into modern healing practices.

Through her practice of therapeutic musicianship, Valarie creates immersive live music environments designed to support healing and navigate life transitions. She guides others toward self-discovery and self-healing using a blend of Human Design, Sound, Movement, Breath, Connection to Nature, and timeless Wisdom Practices.

Valarie teaches others to use these transformational tools, reinforcing the intuitive knowing that we are all our own best medicine. Through practice leadership in Mongata’s online and in-person classes, as well as private sessions, she helps clients improve their body, mind, and spirit.

Her life mission is to share the world's beauty and wonder while empowering others to become the heroes of their own stories. She encourages a daily commitment to creating a better life and showing up as your best self.
