Through immersive sonic experiences, breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and wisdom traditions, Mongata offers pathways for reconnecting with yourself, cultivating resilience, and living with greater presence and resonance.

At Mongata, I believe that deep listening is the beginning of transformation. In a world filled with noise, speed, and constant striving, Mongata offers spaces that invite presence, restoration, creativity, and meaningful connection — with yourself, with others, and with the living world around you.
My work is rooted in the understanding that there is no single path toward healing, growth, or wholeness. Each person carries their own wisdom, rhythm, and way of becoming. Rather than positioning myself as a guru or authority over your life, I serve as a guide, musician, teacher, and companion along the journey.
Through sound, breath, movement, contemplative practice, and creative exploration, I support experiences that help cultivate resilience, self-trust, embodiment, and inner coherence. I believe that transformation happens gently, through awareness, practice, curiosity, and compassionate attention.

Sound Therapy and Sound Meditations are an immersive experience allowing you to unhook the mind and fully come into the present moment. It’s an invitation to listen deeply, coming into a restful and therapeutic state ,where you can access self-inquiry and discovery.
MOVEMENT
Move with the Mind-Body-Soul
Our movement practices use the mind-body-breath connection. These help you survey what’s going on with your internal self, listening to the signals your body is sending to you regarding pain, discomfort, and imbalances. Through Yoga, Qi-gong, Tai-chi, and Pilates you access more information about the ways your life experiences are stored in your body.
MEDITATION
Open the window of Your Mind
Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally. Starting with the breath, we cultivate attention on the body and the mind just as it is from moment to moment. This helps with pain in all its forms, both physical and emotional.
