Each breathwork experience is curated around a theme, each with its own signature composed playlist.

Join me for this breathwork journey as we use a variety of breathing patterns to help you connect, release, align, and embody into your natural healing process. Breathwork is not suggested for pregnant women or those with cardiovascular health concerns.
